je m'auto répond, ça peut servir à d'autres.
En fait il faut faire plusieurs fois la recherche d'images, et les albums se recréent.

En fait j'ai oublié une étape, donc ça fonctionne, j'ai bien igalerie 3.
Néanmoins:
Je n'ai plus aucun compte utilisateur (dans l'absolue ce n'est pas très gênant)
Par contre il y a plein de dossier (catégorie et albums) qui n'existent plus, visiblement j'ai bien toutes les photos mais en Vrac, et pour le coup elles ne sont pas visible dans la galerie car pas attachées à un album / catégorie.
là j'ai besoin d'aide.

J'uilise (utilisais) Igalerie 2, et j'ai installé Igalerie 3 en suivant ta procédure. Malheureusement je me retrouve avec ce message quand je vais dans la racine du site:

J'ai également tout un tas de fichier xml dans le dossier error que je peux t'envoyer par mail si tu le souhaite.
