User language
Just a minor item.
During migration from 2.4.13 to 3.0.17 I got all users reset to french language. All user had other language setting in v2 (no).
Even though I had initially set the Option general setting to (no) language in v3, the users opening as guest in new album got (fr) language.
Solution for me was to edit the user_lang item in the database for all users.
Guest usert also here was (fr) language dispite my setting initially, new browsers opened by users therefore opened the album i fr language.
Of course the user could change the album language by himself, but french language in album initially caused confusion for my users.
